You asked for it:
1-Texas considering removing Christmas and the Constitution from textbooks. TRUE despite Stewart saying false
Let's start with the Christmas brouhaha, which broke out last summer. In standards under revision for sixth-grade world culture courses, the board's Texas Essential Knowledge and Skills review committee recommended replacing Christmas and Rosh Hashanah with the Buddhist and Hindu holiday Diwali as examples of significant religious holidays.
Critics immediately called the proposed changes "the war on Christmas." When the board met in September, it made clear that those holidays would be put back in — and they were restored in the committee's October revision.-Source Politico Gee the same source Stewart claimed said false.
AS for the other part, Texas never did consider removing the Constitution from the text books but was considering only teaching history starting from 1877, but that was shot down. I will say this, I have 2 children that went through the the texas school district, one of the premier district here in Texas. They do not teach much about colonial history or about our fight for independence. Both now in college one is in SMU a very good college. They both say the college teaches history much different than what they learned in the lower grades. Sad but true.
2-Muslim Brotherhood declares war on Israel. TRUE despite Stewart saying false. Here is the begining of a report on this subject.

Muslim Brotherhood Declares War on Tiny Jewish State: Savage missile blitz from Gaza sends a million Israelis to shelters
The war on the tiny Jewish state has begun. The anti-tank missile attack on the Jewish school bus was but a taste. The barbarians worry not -- they expect no interefence from the thumbsucker in chief. While the Muslim Brotherhood takes down the little Satan and all US allied Muslim nations, the President Moe is taking down the Big Satan.
Beck’s website pointed to a Feb. 1, 2011, item in the Jerusalem Post that had a "leading member" of the Brotherhood, Muhammad Ghannem, declaring that "the people should be prepared for war against Israel." The next day a Washington Times editorial picked up the quote, saying it "succinctly summed up" the Muslim Brotherhood's foreign policy. Then Sen. Mark Kirk, R-Ill., repeated the fiery words in a floor speech.
Please not e the date Beck refered to Feb 1. At that time Beck said the brotherhood “ would declare war on Israel”. He took grief for saying it being called a liar and making up stuff. Even Politico said it was false. But guess what happened on April 10, 2001. What Beck said might happen did happen. So it is true.
3-O-man health care bill is a Government take over of healthcare. TRUE despite stewart saying false. Its not his fault. He did not read the 1500 pages of O-mancare as I did. So he did not see the part of americans will end up on Medicare, a Gov run healthcare. Think I am making it up, it came to light this week despite the best efforts of the whitehouse to keep it quite. Here si an admission from O-mans Medicare chief actuary Richard Foster: Source A/P
Medicare chief actuary Richard Foster says the situation keeps him up at night."I don't generally comment on the pros or cons of policy, but that just doesn't make sense," Foster said during a question-and-answer session at a recent professional society meeting."This is a situation that got no attention at all," added Foster. "And even now, as I raise the issue with various policymakers, people are not rushing to say ... we need to do something about this Administration officials said Tuesday they now see the problem. "We are concerned that, as a matter of law, some middle-income Americans may be receiving coverage through Medicaid, which is meant to serve only the neediest Americans," said Health and Human Services spokesman Richard Sorian. "We are exploring options to address this issue."Administration officials and senior Democratic lawmakers initially defended the change, saying it wasn't a loophole but the result of a well-meaning effort to simplify the rules for deciding who would get help under the new health care law. Instead of a hodgepodge, there would be one national policy.

I need to stop but I could keep going. Be careful of what you ask for.
